Description

Condition: Various scratches, chips and a nice patina give this lap steel an authentic, well played look. One tuner button is unoriginal. All tuners are in perfect working condition. There has been some touch-up solder work done but all electronics are in perfect working condition. Fingerboard has some light play wear but is in overall good shape.

Body: Guitar shaped body in brown crinkle finish. Nickel tailpiece/bridge, dual plastic control knobs mounted on either side of the pickup.

Neck: Rounded square neck with cream fingerboard that has developed a gorgeous patina. Brown frets and fret markers and a 2 1/16” metal nut. Three-on-a-strip nickel tuners with ebanoid buttons. 22.5” scale length.

Pickups/Electronics: Original single-coil pickup with master volume and tone controls.

Pickup: 8.94K Ohms.

Weight: 4lbs, 9.1oz.

Playability/Sound: This is a great sounding lap steel. The pickup has plenty of output and really has a certain presence to its sound. The tone is very transparent with great dynamics.
