Description
What’s special about this guitar: This is a great sounding player’s grade SG with both a Gibson and DiMarzio humbucker currently installed. It’s a perfect guitar to take out to gigs and not have to worry about it getting beat up. Its seen plenty of use and is a true workhorse guitar. The humbucking pickup combination actually adds some versatility to the instrument and the overall playability is quite comfortable!
Condition: There are plenty of scratches, nicks, dings, dents and chips throughout the guitar, some of which are heavy. There are cracks on either side of the neck in the cutaway of each shoulder. These have been repaired and are showing no movement whatsoever but are still visible. Some touch-up finish work has been done around this area (see photos). Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is nice and straight with super comfortable action and the truss rod functions perfectly. There is a tiny chip in the nut but it does not affect playability or sound. The bridge pickup has been changed otherwise all electronics and parts in perfect working condition.
