What’s special about this guitar: This is a gorgeous USA made G&L Legacy that is extremely comfortable to play and overall a light-weight instrument. The pickups have been changed to a set of Fender custom Shop single-coils and though unoriginal, they sound great! The slender neck offers a great feel and good looks thanks to the birdseye figuring.
Condition: This guitar is in great overall shape. There are only a few very light surface scratches throughout the guitar; the heaviest of which are all on the pickguard. Fingerboard and frets have hardly any play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is nice and straight with super comfortable action and the truss rod functions perfectly. The pickups and nut are unoriginal and the back cover plate and trem arm are missing.
Body: Solid contoured swamp ash body in a cherry burst finish. Leo Fender-designed G&L Dual Fulcrum vibrato bridge with six individual saddles. Skirted control knobs and a 4-ply pearloid pickguard.
Neck: Slender birdseye maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Peraloid dot inlays and a 1 5/8” nut. Sperzel tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Fender Custom Shop Single-Coil pickups in the neck, middle and bridge. Master volume control, treble control, bass control and a 5-way selector switch.
Neck: 5.53K Ohms.
Middle: 5.52K Ohms.
Bridge: 5.54K Ohms.
