Description
What makes this guitar special: A well-built Korean jazzer with luxury appointments and terrific playability in a great-looking, resonant package. This piece has a lot of character about it, with flamed sycamore back and sides and a super comfortable slim-tapered neck sporting split-block inlays balanced against a vibrant antique sunburst finish. Much like early jazz models, it has a great acoustic sound, and an even better electric sound-perfect for both practicing in quiet and tearing up the stage. As with all our guitars, it comes professionally setup by one of our top-notch in house luthiers.
Cosmetic condition: Very good condition for its age, with various signs of use here and there. Some visible pickwear on the pickguard is present, as are some surface and handling scratches throughout the instrument, but nothing that penetrates the finish. Frets show some very light wear, and there is some mild oxidation on the hardware.
Body: Double bound flamed sycamore back and sides with maple top and dual f holes in antique sunburst finish. 3-ply black pickguard, Tune-O-Matic bridge with rosewood base, and Reso-Tone tailpiece.
Weight: 7 lb, 7.7oz
Neck: Slim tapered maple neck with black side dots and split-block mother of pearl inlays. Rosewood fingerboard is in terrific shape and frets show only light wear with a ton of life left in them. 1 11/16” scale length, 25 1/2" scale length. Bound headstock with pearl Washburn/Montgomery logos and gold-sealed Grover 18-1 tuners in perfect working order. Neck is straight and truss rod is fully functional.
