What makes this guitar special: A sleek piece, built to the artist’s specifications and nicely appointed with premium features. This piece sports a gorgeous birdseye maple neck (the last year they were made with them) and has a matching sapphire black headstock as well. The Piezo pickup offers a plethora of additional sounds, making this one a very versatile piece, with plenty of tonal offerings in a straightforward and easy to navigate package. It’s been professionally setup by our expert in-house luthier, and will arrive ready to play.
Cosmetic condition: Great shape for its age, with only a handful of signs of wear throughout. There are various small scratches, dents, nicks, and dents, as well as some marks from handling and scuffing on top of the headstock. There is some modest pickwear on the front of the body, and the beginnings of some buckle rash, most of which is contained to the back plate. Cosmetically, this one is an 8/10.
Body: Solid basswood body in sapphire black finish with 2-point tremolo bridge and individually adjustable saddles.

Neck: Slender birdseye maple neck with aged white side dots and white dot inlays. Frets are in terrific shape and showcase very little wear, and the nicely variegated rosewood fingerboard is in great shape too, with no visible wear. Nut measures 1 11/16” across. Painted headstock sports a gold Ernie Ball Music Man logo and Petrucci signature, with locking chrome-sealed tuners. 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight and plays beautifully up and down the length of the fingerboard.
Electronics: Dual Dimarzio humbuckers with Piezo under-saddle pickup and dual ¼” outputs. 3-way pickup selector switch and 3-way Piezo/Magnetic switch.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
