Cosmetic Condition: This was one of Gibson's Guitar Of The Week models back in 2007 with a total of only 400 made. It is in exceptionally clean condition & is like new. It still has the plastic wrap over the pickguard & back control cover! We recently acquired this gorgeous guitar from the original owner who purchased it brand new & never played it.
Neck: Maple & walnut neck with ivoroid binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Frets are in perfect condition. Chrome banjo-style tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: Neck-thru design with solid flame maple wings. The flame figuring is quite stunning & the entire guitar has a natural satin finish. Stopbar tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge & chrome hardware. Single-ply black pickguard with gold Firebird emblem. Guitar weighs a very comfortable 8 lbs.
Pickups: Gibson mini humbuckers. Bridge - 22.98K ohms; Neck - 15.05K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
