Description
What makes this guitar special: A superb player with a great neck feel and smooth, low action, this Deluxe will “wow” you from the moment you get your hands on it. An HSS configuration in tandem with a push-push S1 switch allows you to switch from series to parallel with ease, adding an entirely new dimension to your tonal register. Professionally inspected and setup by our expert in-house luthier, this piece will arrive ready to play.
Cosmetic condition: Great shape for a used piece, with some light wear throughout. There are various light surface scratches, scuffs, and nicks, along with some pickwear on the guard. There is one notable indentation that extends about 2" above the output jack, which is visible under direct light. The S1 switch is a bit sticky, but still works fine.
Body: Contoured double cutaway alder body finished in white pearl metallic with 4-ply tortoise pickguard. Two-point tremolo bridge with individually adjustable saddles.
Weight: 8 lb, 3.9 oz
Neck: Nicely rounded solid maple neck with light-grain solid rosewood fingerboard, white side dots, and pearl dot inlays. 25 1/2" scale length. Roller nut measures 1 11/16”. Fender locking tuners work great. Neck is straight and truss rod is fully functional.
Electronics: Samarium Cobalt Noiseless single coil pickups in the neck (9.87k ohms) and middle (9.36k ohms) positions, with humbucker in the bridge position (14.26k ohms). 5-way pickup selector switch and push-push S1 series/parallel switch.
Case: Fender TSA hard shell case included. The middle latch functions, but doesn't hold very well.
