What makes this guitar special: A great playing American Tele with an exceptionally vibrant burst and stellar playability, this guitar is a steal for the player who doesn’t mind a little bit of wear. This guitar received an amateur relic treatment at some point in its life, so the edges are worn in various places, with visible scratching from the sandpaper visible. From a distance however, most of this isn’t visible. It still plays terrific, and no modifications have been made to the guitar beyond the finish work. As with all our pieces, it comes professionally setup by the experts at Cream City Music, ready to play right out of the case.
Cosmetic condition: Some good honest wear, in addition to the relic job. Various small scratches, nicks, dings, and dents throughout the body, along with some mild fret wear and pickwear on the guard. Beyond that, scratches around the edges of the entire body from sanding.
Body: Solid alder body in vibrant sunburst finish with 3-ply white pickguard and string-through plate bridge with individually adjustable saddles.
Weight: 7 lb, 9.7 oz
Neck: C-shaped maple neck with black side dots and black dot inlays. 1 11/16” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Chrome sealed Fender tuners function perfectly. Frets show some mild wear, but still have a great deal of life left in them. Neck is straight and truss rod is fully functional.
Electronics: Dual single coil pickups (Neck-7.47K ohms, Bridge-6.71K ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and knurled chrome knobs, 1x tone, 1x volume.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
