Description

What makes this guitar special: A fantastic playing R0, build with meticulous attention to detail and tremendous fit & finish. This piece has all the looks and playability of its vintage counterparts, having been regularly played by its previous owner and sporting authentic wear consistent with a light relic-so you don’t need to worry about babying it. Professionally inspected and setup by our expert in-house luthier, this piece will arrive ready to play.

Cosmetic condition: Great playing condition, with standard wear & tear throughout. There are various scratches, dents, dings, nicks, and scuffs present, with some surface level buckle rash on the back and various small chips and dings along the treble side edge consistent with a short fall. There is some notable finish wear on the back of the neck above the 3rd fret, and some visible scratching on the headstock overlay. The pickup covers are aged replacements, as is much of the hardware.

Body: Single cutaway solid mahogany body with bookmatched bound flame maple top in sunburst finish. ABR-1 Nickel Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece. Off white colored pickup bezels and pickguard.

Weight: 8 lb, 9.1 oz

Neck: Medium-thin profile mahogany neck with red pearloid side dots and pearl trapezoid inlays. 1 11/16” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Rosewood fingerboard is in terrific shape, and while frets show wear, they have a lot of life left in them. Black headstock overlay with pearl Gibson logo and gold silk-screened Les Paul Model logo. Vintage style Gibson Deluxe tuners work great. Neck is straight and truss rod is functional.

Electronics: Burstbucker humbuckers (Neck-7.58k ohms, Bridge-7.87k ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and gold tophat knobs, 2x tone, 2x volume.

Case: Original hard shell case included, along with Certificate of Authenticity.
