What makes this guitar special: This is about as cool as it gets with the Vintage Reissue series…a double bound ’62, finished in a gorgeous sea foam green. Killer playability, and retro looks to match. As with all our guitars, it’s been professionally setup and inspected by our in-house luthier, ready to play right out of the case.
But, that’s not even the half of it! This one comes with a matching sea foam green Fender G&G hard shell case, a matching green 1/4" coiled cable, and even a matching Fender Super Champ X2 15W tube amp! Get the most green for your green!
Body: Solid, double bound alder body in surf green finish with 3-ply white pickguard, and chrome ashtray bridge with 3 threaded steel-barrel saddles (bridge cover included!).
Weight: 7 lb, 14.3 oz
Neck: Nicely rounded solid maple neck with aged white side dots and white dot inlays. Beautifully variegated rosewood fingerboard is in terrific shape, and frets are in great shape with almost no wear at all. 1 11/16” nut width. 25 1/2" scale length. 7 1/4" fretboard radius. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.
Electronics: Dual single coil pickups (Bridge-6.44K ohms, Neck-7.29K ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and knurled chrome knobs, 1x volume, 1x tone.
Case: Original SeaFoam Green hard shell case included, along with matching patch cable.
Cosmetic Condition:
Guitar: 8/10. Very good shape, with only a few notable blemishes. There are some light surface and handling scratches on the body, and some pickwear on the guard. The top has a pin-sized chip that appears to have been professionally touched up, and there is some cracking in the finish near the neck plate on the back. The treble side of the neck pocket shows one very small chip in the finish as well.
Amp: 9/10. A couple small scuffs in the tolex, and some edge/corner wear.
