This is the new Multiac Encore Nylon string guitar from Godin. The Encore is the most affordable Multiac ever offered by Godin. It's built on the foundation of the wildly popular Multiac Nylon but streamlines the electronics and finish to greatly reduce the price. The construction features a deeply chambered mahogany body with a thin braced top and no sound hole. This design, when paired up with a high quality pickup and preamp yields an absolutely outstanding acoustic electric instrument. The tone is clear and bright with a warm woody character and excellent transients and harmonics. Additionally the lack of a traditional sound hole makes the Multiac very resistant to feedback. The Encore comes equipped with a dual source pickup and preamp system that lets you blend the under-saddle pickup with a high quality transducer mounted to the soundboard. The result is a very natural and full sound when amplified. This is "B-Stock" instrument. (Please read below about B Stock). About B Stock:
This is a B-Stock or factory blemished guitar. It is not a return or refurbished instrument and it is not used. Almost without exception the blemishes we see from Godin are nearly imperceptible in the form of minor hazing or scuffing on the finish, or a very small drip or buildup. These blemishes are always very minor and can save you hundreds of dollars on your purchase! We inspect each B-Stock extensively before we ship and guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase with our 14 day no questions asked return policy effective the day that you receive your shipment. The Multiac Encore is equipped with custom electronics by EPM. This easy to use Blendable Dual Source System features an undersaddle transducer as well as an acoustic soundboard transducer, with the ability to blend one into the other. Ideal guitar for players looking for a an incredible, amplified nylon string sound and feel in a live and loud band setting with virtually no feedback.
The Multiac Encore nylon string, also features a 25 ½” scale and a comfortable nut width, making it easy for electric steel string players to transition to nylon strings. This model features a chambered silver leaf maple body with a solid cedar top, as well as a dual source preamp with volume, treble, mid, bass and blend control sliders.
