The instrument is in nearly mint condition but does show evidence of being carefully handled and played a few times in our showroom. The instrument will ship as shown with full warranty and all the original factory documentation and packaging. We are authorized to give a great deal on our demo model Gretsch instruments! The Gretsch G9126 Ukulele provides players with authentic uke tone in an easily affordable package. Its solid quartersawn mahogany top and laminated mahogany back and sides do a great job at providing a balanced overall sound with a slightly more pronounced midrange. An open-pore semi-gloss finish ensures that the mahogany is safe, while also keeping its top-notch resonant qualities intact. A 1-piece mahogany neck in a medium “C” profile and 19-fret rosewood fingerboard give the neck exceptional feel and sturdiness. Additionally, the G9126 features an acrylic abalone rosette and abalone “snowflake” position inlays to add a little bit of flash to its woody aesthetic. Best of all, this ukulele can be played just like a guitar and is tuned from A to A, making it great for players transitioning to the instrument for the first time.
