Description
A killer collaboration between JHS and Tim Marcus of Milkman Sound, the Milkman is a simple-concept pedal that has a great array of potential usage. Its build is centered around an echo/slap delay that is designed to emulate a hybrid of a classic tape echo and an analog BBD delay. The controls are marvelously simple and split into two sides, the slap and the boost. On the slap side, players can dial up the Slap delay time (maxes out at 240ms), Mix it into the original signal, bump up the Repeats and peel back the EQ for a darker, throwback sound or crank it up for a brighter, more modern touch. The boost side is controlled purely by a single Boost knob and the circuit it controls sounds so good it operates just as good as an always-on effect as it does a kick-on boost for jumping out in the mix.
Uses standard DC Negative 9V power (not included).
