22670/420380419 - Here for sale is a brand new Gretsch Hilo'Tron bridge pickup. The Hilo'Tron is used on a few current Gretsch model guitars including G6117T-HT Anniversary & the G6119-1962HT. The pickup has been featured on many Gretsch guitars dating back to the late 1950's. The sound of a Hilo'Tron bridge pickup is and bright snappy with a great twangy spring to it. It's in a similar category as a Tele or Esquire. It's a relatively low output design that yields a nice woody tone from your guitar. This pickup is a perfect replacement for an older Gretsch Tennessean, Clipper, Anniversary, Rambler and many others. This pickup would also make a great replacement pickup in the bridge position for any guitar with a humbucker sized pickup cavity. This is a brand new item that is in stock and ready to ship!
