Here for sale is the Country Gentleman model G6122-1959 from Gretsch's Professional Collection. This guitar is constructed in the style of the classic "Gents" of 1959. It features all the bells & whistles developed by Mr. Chet Atkins along with the ambitious designers at Gretsch. The guitar is all Pro-series Gretsch with perfect playability and neck angle and classic warm tones. The bridge mounted Filter'Tron is bright and snappy and the TV Jones SuperTron has deep bass response and great vintage character. They sound great when played clean or with a bit of overdrive as well. The guitar ships with a swivel arm installed on the Bigsby but if you'd like your G6122 set up exactly like Chet's a fixed position assembly is included. This is a brand new factory first guitar and comes with the deluxe Gretsch hard case, all documentation and the Gretsch Limited lifetime warranty.
