Description: 100% Original 1966 Fender Jaguar finished in Lake Placid Blue. Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; finish wear & blemishes; light weather checking - all contribute to give the guitar a cool, vintage vibe! Neck: Slender maple neck with most of the finish worn off from play. White binding with black side-dot markers. Rosewood fingerboard has some light pitting in the first few frets. Pearloid block inlays; frets have some wear, but still plenty of life left in them. Original nut has a small crack in it between the high E & B strings, but does not affect playability. Chrome F logo tuners in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 24" scale length. The neck date is 15 AUG 66 B. Body: Solid, contoured body finished in original Lake Placid Blue with chrome hardware. 3-ply white pickguard has faded a bit, but is crack-free. Pickups: Dual single coils - the bridge pickup cover has a small piece broken off the bass side. Original cloth wiring & pots - both date to 1966. All switches & electronics are original. Set Up: Professionally set up by our luthier & strung with brand new Ernie Ball .10-.46 gauge Slinkys. Playability / Sound: Nice, low action; smooth playing neck; classic vintage Jaguar tone!
