You may return all items sold by Warpdrive Music online or Cream City retail within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please email or call us for details on how to proceed with a return. 

We will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

·        Any item opened from sealed display packaging.

·        Any item that is not in its original condition, is  damaged, or is missing parts.
