What’s special about this guitar: This Strat has a great feel and the Pewter finish is both rare and great looking. The pickups have been upgraded in this guitar to a set of Lindy Fralin Blues Specials and they sound incredible! This guitar is overall very clean for being 14 years old and plays great!
Condition: Very good overall! Various light surface scratches, a few small nicks and dings and some light buckle rash on the back. Fingerboard and frets have light play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is nice and straight with low, comfortable action and the truss rod and neck tilt adjustment function fine. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured body in Pewter finish. Modern-style bridge, skirted control knob, a 3-ply parchment pickguard and a single-ply white back cover plate.
Neck: Nicely rounded “C’ shaped maple neck with skunk stripe down the back and a neck tilt at the heelosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Sealed Fender tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Lindy Fralin Blues Special single-coil pickups in the neck, middle and bridge. Master volume control, dual tone controls and a 5-way selector switch.
Neck: 5.89K Ohms.
Middle: 5.96K Ohms.
Bridge: 6.76K Ohms.
Weight: 8lbs, 1.5oz.
Playability/Sound: The Lindy Fralin pickups really bring this Strat to life and give it a phenomenal sound! The Pewter finish looks great and the neck is exceptionally comfortable!
