Cosmetic Condition: Typical wear & tear for a 50-year old guitar - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & finish wear. Overall the guitar has a wonderful, well-played look to it with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with aged white binding & black side-dots. Beautiful, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Original frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. F-tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions well.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body in 3-tone sunburst finish. Tremolo tailpiece with original arm included. Six-saddle adjustable bridge is missing its cover. 4-ply tortoise pickguard has warped somewhat over the years, but is in great shape overall with no cracks. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 3.3 oz.
Pickups: Fender single coil Jazzmaster pickups with white covers. Bridge - 8.24K ohms; Neck - 8.29K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with skirted knobs & 3-way toggle switch; Lead/Rhythm switch & roller thumbwheels - all electronics are in good working condition & original.
Case: Original hardshell case included. The case is in similar condition to the guitar.
