Description
What makes this guitar special: Super sexy 12-string in classic Fireglo finish. This gorgeous 'cresting wave' solidbody exudes all the grace & charm of Rickenbacker's more famous semi-hollow bodies, but with an added punch for you more serious rockers! A semi-chunky neck with thick rosewood fingerboard makes this beauty a real dream to play, not to mention she comes with a pro set up from Cream City Music & ready for action straight out of the case!
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age with some mild play wear - minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & light buckle rash. There's a small crack in the pickguard near the neck pickup, but nothing major. Overall the guitar has a nice clean look to it & sounds fantastic!
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with thick rosewood fingerboard & cream dot inlays. Original frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. Slotted headstock with Kluson Deluxe nickel tuners in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length.
Body: 'Cresting wave' solid maple body with neck-thru design. The original bridge plate was replaced with a stoptail so of course there is no serial number. Compensated bridge & single-ply white plexi pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 8.4 oz.
Pickups: A pair of Rickenbacker Hi-Gain single coils deliver that instantly recognizable tone we all love. Dual volume & tone controls with 3-way toggle switch. Pots date to '74 & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
