What’s special about this guitar: This is a great example of an L6-S. The humbuckers and 6-way rotary pickup selector switch provide the player with tons of tonal options. This model also features a very comfortable, slender neck and a great looking natural finish body!
Condition: This guitar has an authentic vintage look and a great worn in feel! Various scratches, nicks, dings, dents, chips and weather checking throughout the guitar. There is some heavier buckle rash on the back that has worn through to the bare wood. The neck has been refretted and the current frets have only moderate play wear. Fingerboard shows moderate play wear with some heavier wear towards the lower registers. The neck is nice and straight and the truss rod functions perfectly. The truss rod cover had been glued on and does not stay in place because it is cracked in several spots. Some soldering work was done and the controls currently function as a master volume control with dual tone controls. Control knobs are unoriginal.
Body: solid contoured maple body in natural finish. Stop-Bar Tailpiece with a high-mass six-saddle bridge, skirted control knobs with silver inserts, rotary knob and a single-ply black pickguard.
Neck: Slender three-piece maple neck with a maple fingerboard. Small pearloid dot inlays and a 1 9/16” nut. Nickel Grover tuners, 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Original Gibson humbuckers in the neck and bridge. Controls are currently wired to be a master volume control, dual tone controls and a 6-way rotary pickup selector switch.

Bridge: 5.59K Ohms.
