Description
What makes this guitar special: A wonderful recreation of Fender's iconic Blackguard Tele, right down to the classic Butterscotch finish. This superb player is very light weight & rings out beautifully without even plugging in. But once you do, look out, cuz that's where the magic happens! Crystal clear, bell-like tones that chime for days. Professionally inspected & set up by the experts at Cream City Music, so it's ready for action upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused with some modest play wear - various minor nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches, mild weather checking & some light finish wear on the bass side of the neck. Overall the guitar is in great shape & the after-market pin-up girl on the body adds to the "vintage vibe" charm.
Neck: Nicely rounded C-shape maple neck with skunk stripe & black dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Tuners are in perfect working condition. 50th Anniversary sticker on the back of the headstock. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition. Neck date is 8-9-96.
Body: Solid ash body in butterscotch finish. String-thru bridge with three brass "barrel" saddles. Bridge cover is missing. Single-ply black pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 1.9 oz - great weight!
