What makes this guitar special: This 1998 Taylor 510 is in great shape and has a bright, snappy tone with a bold low end that makes it a fantastic dreadnought. The spruce and mahogany tonewoods are perfect for a dreadnought, giving it the high-end crispness and low-end foundation necessary for big chords and defined single-note runs. Plus, the slim profile mahogany neck feels great all across the ebony fingerboard. Plus, this guitar comes with the original hardshell case and our Cream City Music Signature setup, so you know it plays great!
Cosmetic condition: Excellent overall condition. For a now 20-year-old guitar, this one is in exceptional condition. You may find some miniscule surface scratches in direct light, but that's it. Overall the guitar has a gorgeous patina and is in perfect playing condition.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard and small diamond inlays. Frets are in exceptional shape. chrome Grover tuners, 1 11/6 nut width, and 25.5" scale length.
Body: Dreadnought shaped body with spruce top and mahogany back and sides. Black binding with b/w/b purfling, tortoiseshell pickguard, and abalone rosette.
