What makes this guitar special: This one has it all in the looks department, with an absolutely stunning flame maple back and sides balanced gracefully against a solid Sitka Spruce top and gorgeous ebony fingerboard with pearl steer-head inlays. It certainly has it all in the playing department too, with a super comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck and a tonal balance that is truly exceptional for a maple bodied guitar. It’s also equipped with the Fishman Prefix system, which allows for effortless tone shaping, and provides terrific on-stage tone. This one has been professionally inspected and setup by our expert in-house luthier, and will arrive ready to play.
Cosmetic condition: Overall great shape, with some wear consistent with age. Various scratches, dents, nicks, dings, and scuffs throughout, with visible pickwear on the front of the guitar and a handful of very small chips in the top. Frets show very light wear but still have a lot of life left.
Body: Ivoroid bound flame maple back and sides with solid spruce top in natural finish. Multi ring rosette with abalone center ring. Ebony bridge and black bridge pins with pearl inlaid dots. Tortoise pickguard and abalone purfling.
Weight: 4 lb, 13 oz
Neck: C-shaped solid mahogany neck with black side dots and pearl steer head inlays. Double bound ebony board is in great shape and frets show only light wear, with a lot of life left in them. Bound headstock with rosewood overlay and pearl Taylor inlay. Gold Grover tuners function perfectly. 1 11/16” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight and plays great up and down the length of the fingerboard.
Electronics: Fishman Prefix system with mounted under saddle pickup.
Case: Original hard shell case included.
