Description
What makes this guitar special: We just received a really nice collection of AVRI models & this one is by far the coolest of the bunch, purely in terms of its specs - the rounded pickup covers, short skirt knobs & lacquer finish - all the great hallmarks of Fender's first year Strat. The semi-chunky neck feels really comfortable & plays perfectly anywhere on the fretboard. Lightweight with tons of tone!
Cosmetic Condition: There's a small chip in the lower bout, treble side of the body that was colored in, and aside from some mild surface scratches, the guitar is quite clean.
Neck: Nicely rounded, big C-shape maple neck with "skunk" stripe & black side-dots. 7.25" radius maple fingerboard with black dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Round string tree & vintage style tuners in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" bone nut; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works great.
Body: Contoured solid ash body in 2-tone sunburst finish. Vintage style tremolo bridge with Fender Pat Pend adjustable saddles. Single-ply white pickguard & trem cover. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 2.1 oz.
Electronics: '54 Strat single coils with rounded covers. Bridge - 5.77K ohms; Middle - 5.72K ohms; Neck - 5.78K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with short skirted knobs; 5-way selector switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included with all the paperwork & accessories.
