The T4-H has an extensive array of mean, snarling tones at its disposal. Using the Level and Dist knobs, players can set the overall output and intensity of the distortion effect. If you prefer a thicker, less harsh sounding distortion, just crank the Filter knob, and your signal will balance out nicely.
The real magic behind the T4-H, though, is in its dual switches that open up a whole new sonic territory. On the left is a switch that allows users to select the overall intensity of their distortion sound. The 1/2 setting makes the distortion half as intense as the Full setting, making it perfect for players who prefer a cleaner, 'low-crunch' distortion. The switch on the right lets users select which diodes are engaged in the clipping section. For classic distortion tones, flip the switch to the right to activate the pedal's silicon diodes. For a cleaner distortion with a richer low-end, flip the switch to the right to activate the T4-H's LEDs.
