Ibanez's work on their new Advanced Acoustic series has yielded impressive results in the AAD100 Acoustic. An innovative X-M Bracing design gives the AAD100 Acoustic a wide dynamic range with clear lows, crisp highs, and a warm mid range. The guitar's grand dreadnought body is slightly larger than a standard dreadnought, greatly enhancing its rich tone and overall volume. The neck on this acoustic has received special attention to detail, with a special Thermo Aged drying treatment giving it better stability and resonance. It also sports a low-oval neck profile and ovangkol fretboard with rounded edges that provide increased comfort and playability. Built with an okoume back and sides, the AAD100 Acoustic produces a warm, woody tone with outstanding projection.
