Its body, made of African mahogany, is equipped with two Nordstrand "Big Single" pickups that, in combination with the Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band eq and other controls, provide an exceptionally wide range of tones. The Atlas-5 5-piece roasted maple/purpleheart neck is slim and comfortable, and with its satin finish, is incredibly easy to move around. For easy adjustability, this bass also features an MR5S bridge which provides players top notch string isolation and energy transfer without any interference.
