The Tensor offers loads of excellent effects for maximum sonic exploration. Using the PITCH knob, users can pitch shift from -2 to +2 octaves to achieve stellar synth-like tones. It also packs in tons of time-based effects - from real-time time-stretching up to 4:1, tape speed adjusting from reverse to stop to forward, and loop time stretching from 1:4 to 4:1, this unit lets you manipulate time in ways you've never heard before.
Perhaps the most remarkable feature of the Tensor is its intelligent randomization feature. This feature is highly responsive and adapts to the knob settings, resulting in a wide range of sounds, including CD skips, stutters, rhythmic repeats, random slicing, and erratic pitch shifts.
