Description
What Makes This Guitar Special: Classic styling, familiar feeling, and jam packed with modern high-end features. The selector switch is actually Gibson’s TogPot. The tip of the switch can be rotated to blend the center pickup with both the bridge and neck positions. Combined with coil taps on both tone pots, the number of combinations and tones are nearly endless. Block inlays, gold hardware, and a great Lyre Tail vibrato tailpiece. There’s just not much that could possibly be added to make this a more versatile SG. Arriving to you with a pro set-up by the experts at Cream City Music, the only thing you’ll have left to do is open the box and get to playing.
Cosmetic Condition: Light surface scratches and light wear throughout. The gold hardware is beginning to pit in places but the guitar is in nice shape overall and sets-up and plays very well.
Neck: Slim, fast profile mahogany with rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid block inlays, black side dot markers, and white fingerboard binding. Triple bound headstock, split diamond inlay, and Grover Keystone tuners work perfectly. 22 frets are in unplayed condition, 1.695” nut width, 24.75” scale length. The neck is straight and the truss rod has been tested and is functioning correctly.
Body: Contoured solid mahogany. 3 ply white pickguard, black rear control cavity cover, and gold Lyre Tail vibrato. Guitar weighs 7lbs 8.1oz.
Electronics: 3 57’ Classic humbuckers measure 7.79K ohms at the neck, 7.72K ohms in the middle position, and 7.69K ohms at the bridge. Dual volume and dual tone controls with black top hat knobs with gold inserts. 3 way pickup selector switch with TogPot blend control and coil taps on both tone pots. All electronics have been tested and are working perfectly.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
