An ultra cool '51 Nocaster with an exceptionally resonant swamp ash body & chunky maple neck. Professionally set up by the experts here at Cream City Music, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: This one has a light Relic treatment showing various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & weather checking.
Neck: Beefy, 1-piece quartersawn maple neck with "skunk" stripe. 9 1/2" radius maple fingerboard with black dot inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Vintage-style tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" width bone nut; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid swamp ash body finished in vintage Butterscotch. Vintage-style string-thru bridge with 3 brass "barrel" saddles. Bridge cover is included. Single-ply black pickguard & nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 3.6 oz.
Electronics: Custom Shop Hand-Wound Loaded '51 Nocaster single coils. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs; 3-way selector switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Unoriginal Fender tweed hardshell case included. The original COA was missing, so we contacted Fender Custom Shop for a replacement certificate. The COA is of course dated 2023 becuase it's a replacement, but the guitar itself was made in 2001.
