Description
Hand-made by expert luthiers & craftspeople of the Gibson Custom Shop, then given a Murphy Lab Light Aged finish treatment, paired with lightly aged hardware which simulates decades of natural play wear giving the guitar its own unique character, vibe & feel of an original example from Gibson's Golden Era. An exquisite ES-355 with an ultra cool look. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it plays & sounds marvelous.
Cosmetic Condition: Intentionally "aged" at the factory to give it that well-worn "vintage" look - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear.
Neck: Nicely rounded mahogany neck with aged cream binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Bound headstock with mother of pearl split diamond inlays & Grover Rotomatic tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Semi-hollow maple body in tobacco sunburst finish with dual F-holes. 7-ply top binding & 3-ply back binding. Tortoise pickguard with 5-ply binding. Bigsby tremolo tailpiece & ABR-1 bridge with gold hardware. The roller & string shaft are from Callaham & actually improve the playability of the Bigsby. The spring is a "soft spring" from Reverend. The original Gibson parts are included with the guitar. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 0.4 oz.
Electronics: Dual Gibson humbuckers with PAF stickers & 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with COA & hang tags.
