Description
What makes this guitar special: Not your typical Les Paul Studio, this gorgeous Gem Series Topaz model features a pair of dynamite sounding P-90s, and eye-catching dark sunburst finish & gold hardware. The signature on the pickguard is illegible, but the nice thing is it can easily be replaced if so desired. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds wonderful.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, dents & dings; scratches & some mild finish crazing in the back of the neck/headstock. The bottom end pin is pushed in a bit further than normal. Overall the guitar looks really nice & plays great.
Neck: Medium profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Gibson Deluxe tuners are in perfect working condition. GEM SERIES Topaz on the back of the headstock. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions.
Body: Solid mahogany body finished in black with plain maple top in 3-tone sunburst. Stopbar tailpiece & Tune-O-Matic bridge with gold hardware. Single-ply cream pickguard with signatures in black marker. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 1.5 oz.
Electronics: Gibson P-90 single coils with cream "soap bar" covers. Bridge - 8.00K ohms; Neck - 8.17K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with gold speed knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Unoriginal semi-hardshell case included.
