We get tons of SG's in the shop, but how many are stamped PROTOTYPE on the back of the headstock - pretty cool hey? Add-on features include a pair of killer sounding Lollar pickups, Bigsby tremolo with Vibramate & Grover locking tuners. Pro set up included so it's ready to rock upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Various tiny nicks, dents & dings throughout with surface scratches. There is a rather large dowel in the back of the body with some finish missing. Not quite sure what was going on there.
Neck: Nicely rounded, medium-profile mahogany neck with white side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with acrylic trapezoid inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Grover locking tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body. Bigsby tremolo tailpiece with Vibramate. Tune-O-Matic bridge & 4-ply large black pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 2.2 oz.
Electronics: Lollar mini humbuckers with black bezels. Bridge - 7.63K ohms; Neck - 6.88K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. The wiring harness is an Emerson & the pot shafts wiggle a little bit, but all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original Gibson padded gig bag included.
