What makes this guitar special: Gretsch’s G6129T Players Edition Sparkle Jet FT is a remarkable solid body electric with excellent playability, high-quality tone, and unmistakable Jet feel. This Jet has an absolutely striking Silver Sparkle finish that makes it immediately noticeable. Its chambered mahogany body provides the best combination of lightweight feel and resonance, with a 1.85” body depth that aids in your picking attack for a fully-realized sound and in-hand feel. Speaking of sound, the backbone of this guitar’s tone is the set of two High Sensitive Filter’Tron pickups. They deliver humbucking power while retaining tonal clarity, and have a wide-ranging tone that’s applicable to a variety of playing styles. Where this G6129T truly shines is its Players Edition design. This Jet FT has a lower neck set than other Jets, as well as a rolled cutaway and tapered heel, which makes for easy high-fret access. From its killer set of Filter’Trons to its exceptional playability, the G6129T Jet FT will make a fantastic addition to any player’s collection.

Why We Love Gretsch

Gretsch has been handcrafting guitars for over 135 years. The unique sound of the Gretsch semi-hollow body guitar has become synonymous with rockabilly music, one of the first styles of rock ‘n roll. Gretsch guitars are a favorite among musicians like Chet Atkins, Brian Setzer and George Harrison. At Cream City Music, we love Gretsch too, which is why we always have a huge selection of new, used and vintage Gretsch guitars in stock.
