Description
This lovely 000-15S brings an industrious history to the present in the highly-prized 000 body. Its smaller size shifts the bottom up a little in dynamic range, but its all mahogany construction creates a rich, warm low end that blends effortlessly into its midrange without compromising the crisp highs that round out its overall tone. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with signs of typical mild play wear - various little nicks, chips, dents & dings along with surface scratches.
Neck: Mahogany neck with white side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Slotted headstock with side-mounted, open-gear tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 25.4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: OOO size, solid mahogany top, back & sides. Rosewood bridge with compensated saddle. Tortoise pickguard & Herringbone rosette. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 3 lbs 9.3 oz.
