Made for a brief period from the late '90s through the mid '00s, this Vintage Series dreadnought features a large soundhole patterned after Clarence White's modified '35 D-28. The guitar delivers a big, booming tone that projects like a cannon! The V-shaped neck is exceptionally comfortable & thanks to a pro set up by us, the guitar plays & sounds terrific!
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some mild weather checking. There's a top crack that was professionally repaired with a spline & the neck was also reset. The bridge was reglued as were a couple of back braces.
Neck: V-shaped mahogany neck with ivoroid binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with no inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Vintage-style tuners & diamond volute. 1.75" nut width; 25.4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound dreadnought in natural high gloss finish. Solid spruce top with Herringbone purfling & tortoise pickguard. Large soundhole with multi-ring rosette. Ebony bridge & black end pins with abalone dot inlays. Solid Indian rosewood back & sides with zigzag center strip. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 9.1 oz.

Case: Original Martin deluxe hardshell case included. One of the bottom latches is missing.
