A bit of a warhorse, but what a killer sounding OM! This was definitely someone's go-to guitar, offering a rich, robust tone with a voice that projects exceptionally well. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some finish wear. The neck was professionally reset & there's a top crack that was professionally glued & cleated.
Neck: V-shaped mahogany neck with ivoroid binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl micro dot inlays. Professionally refretted - frets are in great shape with not much wear. Bound headstock with ebony veneer & mother of pearl Santa Cruz inlay. Waverly nickel tuners & diamond volute. 1 3/4" nut width; 25.4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions properly.
Body: Double-bound OM body in natural high-gloss finish. Solid spruce top with herringbone purfling & rosette. Ebony bridge & tortoise pickguard. Solid mahogany back & sides with zig zag center strip. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 2.1 oz.
