What makes this guitar special: Super clean & 100% original. This gorgeous Junior was just recently acquired from the original owner at the Dallas Guitar Show. Nice, wide neck with a killer sounding P-90! The Cherry finish is still so vibrant after all these years! Professionally set up by Cream City Music with low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Fabulous condition for its age. As previously mentioned the guitar came to us from the original owner who took exceptional care of the instrument. There are a few minor nicks & dings; mild surface scratches & very light finish checking. The pickguard has shrunk a bit, which is typical, with a small corner that's chipped off on one side & a small crack in the other. Overall the guitar is in great shape & sounds phenomenal.
Neck: Wide, semi-chunky, one-piece mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful, dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in perfect shape with no wear. Kluson Deluxe strip tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: One-piece, solid mahogany body. Nickel, wrap-around bridge & 3-ply, black pickguard. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 12.6 oz.
Pickup: Dog-ear P-90 single coil - 9.03K ohms - wicked bad! Master volume & tone with black "top hat" knobs. Pots date to '64 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original faux alligator chipboard case included - also in great shape!
