Description

What makes this guitar special:  100% original & just recently acquired from the original owner.  The guitar has a wonderful vintage vibe with that perfectly aged look to it.  Warm, rich tone & a superb player.  Professionally set up by Cream City Music with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds amazing!

Cosmetic Condition:  Used, but no abused with typical play wear for a 50 year old guitar - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & some buckle rash.  An after-market strap button caused a superficial crack in the neck heel.  It's not too bad & doesn't appear to be getting any worse.  Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a gorgeous patina.

Neck:  Slender profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots.  Beautiful Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays.  Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them.  Kluson Deluxe strip tuners are in perfect working condition.  1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length.  Neck is straight & plays great up & down the fretboard.

Body:  Round shoulder dreadnought with solid spruce top & 3-ply binding.  Rosewood bridge with adjustable saddle.  Tortoise pickguard & multi-ring rosette.  Solid mahogany back & sides with cream binding.  Guitar weighs 4 lbs 5.7 oz.  There is no pickup.

Case:  Unoriginal Martin hardshell case included.
