A sweet little rock n roller with an ultra cool, true vintage vibe! Short scale with a skinny neck & a pair of slick sounding single coils. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Typical condition from this period - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Great look overall with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with dark rosewood fingerboard & mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Unoriginal tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 1/2" nut width; 22 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck stamp reads 9 JUN 66 A & the neck plate is not original.
Body: Solid poplar body in original red finish. Top-loading bridge with three adjustable saddles. 3-ply white pearloid pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 13.5 oz.
Electronics: Original single coils with black covers. Master volume & tone controls with dual slider switches. Pots date to '66 & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Unoriginal tweed hardshell case included.
