Cosmetic Condition: Good honest play wear for its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a wonderful, authentic vintage look with a gorgeous patina.
Neck: Slender profile yet nicely rounded mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe strip tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body in sunburst finish. Tremolo tailpiece with compensated bridge. 3-ply white pickguard with red Firebird logo. The guard shows some cracks & one small corner missing, but is in pretty good shape overall. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 12.9 oz.
Electronics: Three original P-90 single coils with black "soap bar" covers. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs; 3-way selector switch. Pots date to '65 & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included with ultra cool plaid interior.
