A silky smooth player from the early '70s featuring a tremolo tailpiece & loaded with a pair of killer sounding humbuckers that deliver warm, rich tones. The slender neck is super comfy & plays great up & down the fretboard. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Good honest play wear with an ultra cool, true vintage vibe - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mothr of pearl block inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Gibson diecast tuners in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. There are a few additional screw holes underneath the truss rod cover, which is a newer replacement.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body. The back & sides have been refinished. Gibson-embossed tremolo tailpiece & adjustable "harmonica" bridge. 5-ply black pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 4.1 oz.
Electronics: Dual Gibson humbuckers with black bezels. Dual volume & tone controls with black speed knobs; 3-way toggle switch. Pots date to '73 & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included with replacement handle.
