What makes this guitar special: 100% original & a superb player in great shape. These V2 models were made with a combination of maple & walnut & fitted with a pair of "boomerang" humbuckers. Professionally inspected & set up by the experts at Cream City Music, so it's ready to play straight out of the case.

Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with typical play wear for its age - various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, buckle rash & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a wonderful, true vintage look with a gorgeous patina.

Neck: Nicely rounded walnut & maple neck with cream side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Gold Gibson tuners are in perfect working condition. Brass nut with 1 11/16" width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.

Body: Contoured, solid walnut & maple body. Boomerang tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge. The bridge shows some pitting, but is fully functional. 5-ply small black pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 9.8 oz.

Electronics: Double "boomerang" humbuckers with black covers & brass bezels. Bridge - 12.95K ohms; Neck - 10.90K ohms. Dual volume & master tone controls with black "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. Pots date to '79 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.

Case: Original hardshell case included, however, practically all of the tolex has been removed from the outside of the case.
