Description

What makes this guitar special: A fun little guitar to play that produces a bright, spunky tone & features a chunky V-shaped neck. Affordably priced & ready for a new home.

Cosmetic Condition: Good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. There's some minor finish touch-up on the top of the body just below the pickguard. Overall the guitar has a cool vintage vibe with a nice patina.

Neck: Super chunky V-shaped mahogany neck with Brazilian rosewood fingerboard & mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Open-back strip tuners in good working condition. 1 3/4" nut width; 25" scale length. Neck is straight, however, the action is a little higher than what most players prefer on modern acoustics. String height at the 12th fret is 3/16" which is typical of the period in which this guitar was made.

Body: Solid spruce top in sunburst finish. Cream top binding & bound soundhole. Rosewood bridge & firestripe pickguard. Mahogany back & sides. 14 3/4" lower bout width; 10 1/4" upper bout width; 4 1/2" depth. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 3 lbs 4 oz.

Case: Vintage chipboard case included. The case is a bit rough, but still functions well.
