Description
A rare vintage 1962 Premier 120R tube combo amp. Arguably the first insturment amplifier to feature spring reverb, the 120R combined the standalone Premier Model 90 reverb circuit with a 1x12 combo amp. Very few of these amps were ever produced. This amp features a great clean tone that gets nice and dirty as you move up the volume knob. Not as gritty as a tweed amp but not as clean as a blackface, this amp rides a nice line between lead and rhythm sounds. In addition to the lush reverb, it also has a fantastic all-tube tremolo. This rare vintage amplifier will make a welcome addition to any vintage amp collection. It has been cleaned and serviced. It is fully functional and sounds amazing.
