The Cream City Music experience is a special one and it begins in our retail showroom. Our gorgeous six thousand square foot showroom features over 1000 new, used, & vintage guitars and basses from iconic brands like Gibson, Fender, and Martin in our shop along with a massive selection of amps, effects, and accessories.

Our showroom environment is a warm and relaxed atmosphere where we know our friends and customers on a first name basis. Our goal is to provide an inviting place where you can experience everything from a brand new Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster, a vintage Gibson Les Paul Custom, or simply connect with our effects experts to play and explore the latest creations from some of the world's finest pedal builders like Catalinbread, Strymon, and JHS.

Connected to our main showroom is the world’s first and finest all Gretsch guitar experience, Gretschworld. Upon entering Gretschworld you'll feel like you've taken a trip back to the mid-1950's with it's retro vibe complete with Gretsch memorabilia annd furniture from that very special era in music history. Cream City Music is the world’s leading Gretsch dealer and Fred Gretsch himself has called Gretschworld 'The Capital Of Gretsch-Nation.'
