We guarantee the lowest delivered price for your order with us -- even up to 45 days from the date that your order ships.

We recognize value and we’re committed to getting you the best deal possible.

  • When you start shopping for your new gear ff you see a lower, publicly advertised delivered price, we'll beat it. Simple.
  • If you find a lower, publicly advertised price up to 45 days after your order ships, we'll refund you the difference. Easy.
  • When matching our competitors online prices, our price match will be based upon the checkout price (including shipping and handling charges). Sensible.

    What do we mean by the delivered price of an item?

    The delivered price of your order is the entire cost that you have paid: Identical merchandise plus identical shipping method charges. If a competitor's product is $10 less but charges $40 more for shipping, we've still got the lowest price.

    What do we mean by identical merchandise?

    Cream City Music’s Price Match Guarantee only applies to identical merchandise. The merchandise must be factory-fresh, new inventory offered by authorized U.S. retailers in accordance with their dealer agreements in their retail store or on their official website only.

    What do you need to show us to qualify for a price match?

    Simply provide us with a weblink to a competitor’s website with a lower advertised price, or provide us with written quote from a competitor and we’ll match their price,

    How do I get Cream City Music to match or beat another price?

    If you haven’t placed your order yet, you can report a lower price via the Web by using our website chat feature! Just click the chat boxes tab in the lower right-hand corner of the screen and talk live with one of our sales team members. During regular business hours, we'll send you an email with our LOWEST PRICE offer, along with a link for redeeming the offer, in a matter of minutes.   • We cannot sell a product for less than it costs us to buy it and deliver it to you.
  • We do not price-match offers on used gear.
  • We do not price-match offers from classified ads, eBay, Reverb, Amazon, or auctions (open or closed), regardless of whether the merchandise is new or used.
  • We do not price-match offers on discontinued items, closeouts, demos, or items out of the box (even from authorized dealers).

    How do I get the difference refunded on an item I've already purchased?

    Please give us a call toll-free at 1-800-800-0087 or email us. The difference in price will be refunded to payment method that was used to place the order.

    Sometimes, Cream City Music offers additional deals on our already low prices.
