Description
What makes this guitar special: These are a pretty rare find-and a very unique guitar at that! All the elegance and looks of a Les Paul, with the deep and growly metal possibilities of a 7-string. It plays absolutely great, with smooth quick action up and down the length of the neck, and comes professionally setup by one of our expert in-house luthiers.
Cosmetic condition: Various signs of playwear throughout, with numerous scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, and chips, along with some oxidation on the hardware. One of the tuners has also been replaced with a Gibson Deluxe. At some point a pickguard was installed, which has since been removed, leaving holes where it was mounted.
Body: Solid mahogany body in tobacco sunburst finish with bound flamed maple cap. 7-saddle Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece.
Weight: 8 lb, 0.2 oz
Neck: Wide D-shaped maple neck with black side dots and mother-of-pearl trapezoid inlays. Double bound rosewood fingerboard is in great shape, and frets show only light wear, with a ton of life left in them. 1 15/16” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Tuners function as they should. Neck is straight and truss rod works fine.
Electronics: Dual humbuckers (Neck-13.63K ohms, Bridge-18.68K ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and bronze tophat knobs, 2x volume, 2x tone.
Case: Unoriginal hard shell case included.
