Description
What makes this guitar special: A slick playing V with piping hot tone and a slim ‘60s neck feel for hours of comfortable playing. This piece has been played just enough to break it in, with some light honest wear but plenty of life left to live. It clocks in at a great weight, too-more than suitable for long nights on stage. Professionally setup and inspected by our expert in-house luthier, it’ll arrive ready to play out of the case!
Cosmetic condition: Used but not abused with some honest playwear throughout. There are various scratches, dents, dings, nicks, and scuffs present, with one notable chip on the lower treble side, and some ghosting on the pickguard from a sticker or pickholder mounted by a previous owner. Hardware shows some light tarnishing as well.
Body: Solid V shaped mahogany body in gloss cherry finish with 3-ply white pickguard, Tune-O-Matic bridge, and chrome stopbar tailpiece.
Weight: 7 lb, 0.2 oz
Neck: Slim ‘60s profile mahogany neck with pearl side dots and pearl dot inlays. 1 11/16” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Black headstock overlay with white truss rod cover and gold Gibson logo. Vintage style tuners work great. Rosewood fingerboard is in awesome shape, and frets show only light wear with a lot of life left. Neck is straight and truss rod works normally.
Electronics: Dual Gibson USA humbuckers (Bridge-14.71k ohms, Neck-8.28k ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and gold speed knobs, 2x volume, 1x tone.
Case: Gigbag included.
